- Nothing. Quarterly reporting is a standard operating procedure Capacity completes for all third-party content providers who have content available within our mutual customers' Capacity Answer Engine.
Can we see user specifics?
- No. Per our contracts with our mutual customers, we are not approved to share user details. You are more than welcome to request this detail from your clients.
Do these questions represent all questions asked by our mutual clients?
- No. We are only approved to share questions asked in which your content was recorded as a potential response or answer. The report displays the search terms which result in your content being displayed to users, along with the position the answer was displayed. How do we know when users are interacting with our content?
- All user actions within Capacity's Answer Engine are tracked. These actions with your content is also shared in the report. For more information on each field, please reference Quarterly Content Reporting Schedule page.
