Collections

Answer Engine Collections 

The Collections feature empowers users to organize and share a diverse array of content, including Answers, CMS Articles, and Files, to enhance collaborative research and created focused context windows for generative AI agents that users can prompt and act on. This documentation offers an in-depth look into the capabilities of Collections and guides you on how to utilize and customize these features to optimize user engagement and research productivity.

Collections Features

Adding to Collections 

To add Answers to a Collection, follow these steps:

  1. Ask a Question: Start by entering a question in the search bar to find relevant Answers.

  2. Locate the Plus Button: Once you find the desired Answer, click the plus (+) button labeled "Add to Collection" at the top right corner of the content.

    • The plus (+) button should appear on Answers, Files, and Articles in all places any of this content may be accessed.

  3. Select or Create a Collection:

    • Choose an existing Collection from the dropdown.
    • To create a new Collection, click on the "New +" button and enter a name for your new Collection.

To manage or add Collections, follow these steps:

  1. Access Collections:

    • Click the Collections button on the sidebar to view your existing Collections.
  2. Create a New Collection:

    • Click the "Add +" button at the top to create a new Collection.
  3. Manage Existing Collections:

    • Select an existing Collection to view its contents, manage items, or organize them further.

With Collections, you can enhance organization and collaboration through the following features:

  1. Edit Collection Name:

    • Click the pencil icon next to the Collection name to rename it, helping keep your content organized and identifiable.
  2. Sort Your Collection:

    • Use the sort functionality to organize content by fields such as Date Added, Author, or Source, enabling easy access and management.
  3. Chat with Your Collection:

    • Engage directly with your Collection using the chat feature to discuss and explore the saved content.
  4. Browse Saved Answers:

    • Navigate through your saved Answers within the Collection to quickly review and utilize valuable information.

5. Delete answer from your collection
  • Click the red trash bin icon to delete any answer from our collection if you find it is no longer needed.

Chat with Collections

Engage with your Collection by asking questions to the AI, allowing you to extract valuable insights from your saved content:

  1. Interact with AI:

    • Use the chat input below your Collection to ask specific questions.
  2. Receive Answers:

    • The AI will provide answers based on the content within your Collection, helping you delve deeper into the information you've gathered.

This feature enhances your ability to explore and leverage the knowledge stored in your Collections, making research more efficient and interactive.
