Zendesk Help Center Integration

Requirements:

  1. Username
  2. Password 
  3. Category
  4. BaseUrl (Do not end with / )
  5. Content Type (Tickets or Articles)


How to get Category [3]


  1. Go to Guide Admin (book icon)
  2. Click “Add” → “Article”
  3. In the article editor, look at the right-hand sidebar (or top, depending on layout)
  4. You’ll see:
    • Section dropdown ← this is key
      👉 When you choose a Section, it automatically belongs to a Category (since structure is Category → Section → Article)

🔑 Important

  • You don’t directly select “Category” when creating an article
  • Instead, you:
    • Pick a Section
    • That section already sits inside a Category

📂 If you need to create or edit categories:

  1. Go to Guide Admin
  2. Click “Add” → “Category”
  3. Then create Sections inside that category
  4. After that, you can assign articles to those sections
