Zendesk Help Center Integration
Requirements:
- Username
- Password
- Category
- BaseUrl (Do not end with / )
- Content Type (Tickets or Articles)
How to get Category [3]
- Go to Guide Admin (book icon)
- Click “Add” → “Article”
- In the article editor, look at the right-hand sidebar (or top, depending on layout)
- You’ll see:
- Section dropdown ← this is key
👉 When you choose a Section, it automatically belongs to a Category (since structure is Category → Section → Article)

🔑 Important
- You don’t directly select “Category” when creating an article
- Instead, you:
- Pick a Section
- That section already sits inside a Category
📂 If you need to create or edit categories:
- Go to Guide Admin
- Click “Add” → “Category”
- Then create Sections inside that category
- After that, you can assign articles to those sections
