Implementing with Slack

Setting Up Slack

Capacity for Slack allows your users to quickly and easily ask Capacity a question without leaving the Slack interface. The Capacity Synopsis will provide answers, and users can explore further by navigating to Capacity. Slack requires an App to interface with Capacity. Once the App is added to your workspace, you can talk to Capacity directly in “Apps” in a DM format, or you can add her to a channel so you can @mention her in group chats.

Installing Capacity in your workspace
